About
Nobody can see the whole athlete. We're fixing that.
A serious trainee's data lives in a dozen silos — the food app, the run app, the lifting log, the DEXA PDF, the blood-test results, the watch, even a long AI chat thread doing ad-hoc coaching. Each tool is excellent at its slice. No one owns the unified, intelligently-coached picture. That's the gap Pulsix was built to close.
The idea
Capture everything. Coach automatically. Be the source of truth.
Pulsix ingests every signal an athlete generates, normalises it into one timeline, and turns it into coaching: adaptive targets, plain-English insights, progress that's actually measured, and a report a human coach can act on. Two users, one platform — self-coached athletes get an AI coach that knows their data; coaches get a cockpit where the busywork is automated.
Principles
What we hold ourselves to.
Data-first, not feature-first
We win by owning and understanding the data, then layering features — not by out-building workout editors.
AI as a coach, not a chatbot
Every AI output is grounded in the athlete’s own numbers and is actionable. No generic advice.
Honesty over flattery
We surface the uncomfortable truth — under-logging, a drifting biomarker — because trust is the moat in health.
Meet data where it lives
If there’s no API, we ingest the export, parse the PDF, read the chat. Friction-free capture is the whole game.
Athlete-led, two-sided
A great athlete experience is what coaches pay to plug into. We build the athlete tool coaches love, not the reverse.
Privacy is product
Health data demands encryption, consent, export and clear ownership. That’s a feature, not a compliance chore.
The company
Small team, UK-based, data-obsessed.
Pulsix is built and operated from the United Kingdom, with all customer data hosted in AWS's London region (eu-west-2). The product grew out of a working prototype built by an athlete who was tired of being fragmented across a dozen apps — and it is engineered to the standard health data deserves.
