Cookie policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
1. This website: no cookies. At all.
The marketing site you are reading (pulsix.io) sets no cookies whatsoever. No analytics cookies, no advertising or tracking cookies, no social-media pixels, no fingerprinting, and no third-party embeds that set their own. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain.
Because there is nothing to consent to, there is no cookie banner. We think that’s how a privacy-first health product should behave.
2. The Pulsix app: strictly necessary cookies only
The product at app.pulsix.io uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies — the ones required to keep you signed in and keep your session secure:
| Purpose | What it does | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Session authentication | Identifies your signed-in session so the app can show you your own data (and only yours). HttpOnly, Secure, first-party. | Session / short-lived |
| Session refresh | Lets the app renew your session without asking you to sign in again. HttpOnly, Secure, first-party. | Limited (days) |
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under UK PECR / the ePrivacy rules, and they cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in. The app sets no analytics or advertising cookies either.
3. Local storage
The app may use browser local storage for device-level preferences (for example UI state). This stays on your device, is not a tracking mechanism, and is never shared with third parties.
4. Changes
If this ever changes — for example if we introduce an optional, privacy-respecting analytics tool — we will update this page first, and ask for consent where the law requires it. Questions: privacy@pulsix.io.
