Acceptable use policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
Pulsix holds people’s most sensitive data, so the rules are short and firm. This policy forms part of the terms of service.
1. Use it lawfully and honestly
- Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive.
- Don’t misrepresent who you are, create accounts for other people without their knowledge, or share account credentials.
2. Only data you’re entitled to
- Connect only sources and upload only files that relate to you (or, for coaches, that a client has explicitly consented to share through the platform).
- Don’t import another person’s diary, scans, results or chat history without their consent — that includes “public” data that isn’t yours.
3. Respect the platform’s boundaries
- Don’t probe, scan or attempt to breach tenant isolation, authentication or rate limits, or otherwise access data that isn’t yours.
- Don’t scrape the Service, run automated bulk extraction against it, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing dataset of other people’s health data.
- Don’t upload malware or content designed to damage the Service or its users.
- Security researchers: responsible disclosure is welcome — contact hello@pulsix.io before testing anything intrusive.
4. AI features
- Don’t attempt to use the AI coach to generate content unrelated to your health and training data, to extract other users’ information, or to produce harmful, abusive or illegal content.
- Don’t present AI-generated output as clinical or medical advice — to yourself or to anyone else.
5. Coaches: extra obligations
- Access client data only through the consent the client granted, and only to coach them.
- Keep client data confidential; don’t export, share or repurpose it outside the coaching relationship.
- Stop accessing a client’s data when the relationship ends (revoked consent enforces this anyway).
- Stay within your professional competence — refer clients to qualified clinicians where appropriate.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy — immediately and without notice where the breach threatens other users’ data or the integrity of the Service. Where the law requires it, we may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. To report abuse, email hello@pulsix.io.
