FAQ
Fair questions, straight answers.
Is “all-in” really all-in?
Yes. A tier includes every feature it advertises — nutrition, AI, reports, alerts. There are no add-on modules, no “advanced” unlocks, and no percentage taken from coach payments. If a feature exists in your tier, you have it.
What does “per active client” mean on the Coach tier?
You pay the base price plus a small monthly rate for each client who is actually active on your roster that month. Clients who leave or pause stop counting. Your cost scales with your coaching revenue — not ahead of it.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
It stays yours. Your captured data is never deleted on downgrade — paid features simply switch off, with a grace window for reading what they produced. You can export everything, or delete your account entirely, at any time from Settings → Privacy.
Are prices final?
Prices shown are current “from” prices in GBP and may evolve as the product grows — existing subscribers are always told before anything changes on their plan. Billing is handled by Stripe; VAT is applied where applicable.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
The Free tier is free forever, not a trial — manual logging, two connected sources and your charts stay free. Upgrade when the integrations and the AI coach are worth it to you.
Do you offer team or white-label plans?
Yes — the Team tier covers multi-coach organisations, white-label branding, org admin and SSO. Get in touch and we will set you up.
